IS Logic Ltd offer an ad-hoc support arrangement whereas we provide ‘on demand’ IT Support service to customers who do not have a valid support contract with us. The support offering is also available for potential clients that have IT issues, need a resolution and want to give us a try.
Our support services are provided remotely via telephone and live remote control facilities that allow us to remote control your system to diagnose and resolve your issues. Using these methods we can normally resolve 95% of all support queries and can effectively reduce your system downtime as well as the cost of an onsite support visit.
In cases where remote control cannot be utilised we offer an alternative onsite service and in some circumstances can provide loan equipment whilst your system is being dealt with. We can also arrange to have systems collected from your premises, fix and return via a courier service.
The above services are provided on a ‘pay as you go’ time based basis, although we’re happy to provide support quotations for any jobs and projects. You pay for the service as and when you require it, there is no fixed commitment and businesses are freely available to use our resources to meet a specific business need or to simply top their own IT resources.
